Bybit EU Card Review: Cashback, Fees, & Perks

The Bybit Card is a Mastercard debit card for eligible EEA users. It can spend EUR or convert supported crypto from the user’s Funding Account when a transaction is made.

Non-VIP users receive 1% cashback without a monthly cap. VIP rates range from 2% to 10%, although the higher rates have monthly reward caps. This makes the card most rewarding for existing Bybit VIP users rather than users joining solely for card rewards.

There is no annual fee, and virtual-card issuance and the first physical-card issuance are currently free. Crypto-funded payments incur a 0.9% conversion fee, while foreign-currency transactions incur a 0.5% FX fee above Mastercard’s exchange rate.

Cashback and Rewards

Non-VIP users earn 1% cashback on eligible purchases without a monthly cap. VIP users receive higher rates according to their Bybit VIP status.

Rewards are initially credited as Bybit Rewards Points. Points typically become available within 4 calendar days after an eligible transaction.

Cardholders can redeem points through the Rewards Market or enable Auto Cashback. When Auto Cashback is enabled, points are converted into the selected supported token and credited to the Funding Account daily. Auto Cashback requires at least 50 points.

Paymentscan Testing

On 2 July 2026, we made a 4.49 PLN purchase, which Bybit charged as €1.05. Google’s displayed benchmark rate was 4.29 PLN per €1, implying a benchmark cost of €1.0466.

The charged amount represented an observed spread of 0.32%. Bybit did not show a separate fee line for the transaction.

Funding Your Bybit Card

The Bybit Card draws from assets held in the user’s Funding Account. EUR can be spent directly, while supported crypto is converted when required for a payment.

Supported card assets include EUR, USDC, EURC, BTC, ETH, MNT, GRAM, and XRP. Crypto-funded transactions incur the 0.9% conversion fee in addition to Bybit EU’s applicable conversion rate.

Availability and User Experience

The Bybit Card is available to eligible users in supported EEA countries. Standard virtual-card applications require identity and address verification.

Bybit also offers a Virtual Card Lite in eligible markets. It can be obtained without proof-of-address verification but has a €150 lifetime spending limit. Users can upgrade to the standard virtual card by completing address verification.

We completed onboarding and identity verification through Onfido in approximately 10 minutes on an iPhone. We added the card to Apple Pay manually. Bybit also supports Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

A standard virtual card must be approved before a physical card can be requested.

Who Is This Card For?

The Bybit Card offers the strongest value to existing Bybit users who already hold assets in a Funding Account. Non-VIP users receive straightforward, uncapped 1% cashback, while established VIP users can access materially higher rates.

Users should account for the 0.9% crypto-conversion fee when spending crypto. Funding the card with EUR avoids that conversion charge, while foreign-currency purchases still incur the 0.5% FX fee.
